Delivery may take 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or other external factors.
2. Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will process and prepare your shipment within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipment Tracking
After dispatch, Our CP will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp/email/SMS, along with shipping details. Tracking information may take a few hours to update after receiving the tracking number.
4. Delivery Attempts and Receiving Your Order
Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your package. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package may be returned, and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

At Shield Healthcare Private Limited, we ensure high-quality products. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.
Products related to personal hygiene and self-care are non-returnable once opened. Items that come in contact with the body cannot be returned.
In case of damage during transit, we will replace the product. Please share photographic evidence with us at Info@shieldhealthcare.co.in within 7 days of delivery.
