I want to be honest: for a mild burning sensation or that feeling that a UTI is starting, UTI Flush works really well. I took it for 7 days and felt relief within 2 days. However I would say that for a full-blown infection with fever or severe pain, please see a doctor first. I'm giving it 4 stars because I think people need to use it appropriately, it's a supplement, not an antibiotic. That said, for what it claims to do - support and prevent and it genuinely does deliver.
